Stayed at a Hotel last night because of the Christmas Party.

Had mexican omlette, 1/2 real potato hashbrowns and toast... coffee w cream and sweetner

Slept all afternoon...

JC Mac & Cheese Entre

Choc Brownie

Buttery Microwave Popcorn

I fell off the wagon, cut the wagon up... deep fried and dipped it in gravy and ate it this weekend!!! I will get back on track on Monday.....

  I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
