Hi. I am going to the same thing I was told not enough protein. I am trying shampoo with protien in it and volume. And so far not to bad.

It happens to a large majority of us, not enough protein, large amounts of weight loss. Try adding Biotin to your diet as a supplement for a while until you can increase your protein intake or add some protein shakes between meals. I have found the Biotin works and getting greater than 90 gms of protein per day. I use protein powder or bars for supplements 2 times a days. These are planned into my daily intake of food.
