I also went to the forum but figured I'd put it here ...I am not sure what to do...

I am not sure if I am in the green zone or too tight…If your in the green zone are you able to just take sips because to big of a drink hurts going down or comes back up? Same with food. What about gurgling…do you gurgle after each drink even water? I also burp a lot with water when I didn’t before I am just not sure if I am good or too tight…help!

I had the same issue for a year and my band was too tight, it got to the poing that my esopogus was stretching into a stomach by holding the food because my passage was too tight but now I have gained 6 lbs since he loosened it...

Well, you're splitting hairs here. Yes, sipping is recommended. Gulping, no. But I can gulp and I'm in the green zone. Too bad you didn't post this sooner. The support group meets at N Suburban in Thornton tonight. Kelly Elliott is the moderator and she's incredible. She's my nutritionist and is the same for 4 doctors.

You don't say when you got filled? Who filled you? Johnell? Call his office in the morning. You may be filled too much.

What foods are hurting you? Getting a fill requires that you learn how to eat with each new fill. It trained me to keep eating smaller and smaller bites and to chew a lot more.

Thank you...I called my doctor and after describing things to them they told me to Try a few things because it sounds like I am just eating and drinking to fast. Which I'll admit I don't pay attention like I should...Today has been wonderful ...but I have to let them know soon if I need any help...Mari...how did you know your esopogus was stretching? Thanks for all your help
