Well y'all its been almost one week since i have been banded and let me tell you i feel GREAT everytime i step on the

scale! I have the normal challenges that everyone has like wanting to eat what everyone else has and just being plain old

hungry some days! Like as we type my husband is making supper and it smells AWESOME! But i will stick to my jello and

water! lol So excited that i have lost so far a total of 23lbs since last thursday. Had little pain and well the gas is another

story!!! I am so excited for this new chapter in my life and as it continues!!!!

  I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
