Travel And Dieting...any Advice?

So I just found out that I may have to travel to Virginia for a week. I have traveled there a few times already but now I am really kicking it in high gear and working out...The company will pay for all my foods however only eating out...they won't pay for stores due to others taking advantage of it. Does anyone have any advice as being banded doesn't make it easy eating out. ICK HELP!

I had to same issue, i have three kids and we would go to games and have to eat out allot. I found that if you pack snacks that dont have to be cold like granola bars things like that it really helps also try to avoid fast food but if you have to eat something like chicken nuggets. And for other things look the salads over and if that isn't good then go for something like chicken strips. just remember sometimes the salads from fast food places have more calories then the chicken. I wish you the best!!!!

You can always go for Fajitas, grilled chicken or steak. Most places you go to also will have cottage cheese that you can have as a side dish to meat or with fruit. Fish is always a good choice, a dinner salad with dressing on the side. If it is for breakfast eggs or egg beater you can order with just a portion of the eggs vs the usual 3 eggs if they do not have a substitute. Chili is normally a good option especially if you make it yourself but out you could do that.. black beans too. If you hit up Starbucks you can do a tall strawberries and cream blended drink with double protein added (no whip) drink it in place of a meal.
