Hello everyone,

 

I started on Adipex on 12/2, but before I started Adipex I was watching what I ate. So last night I weighed and "my" scale said 242! I'm thinking that can't be correct...but it is! I guess since I've been a little more discipline lately and exercising along with the Adipex it's starting to show. Oh by the way I am taking only half of the Adipex a day (it's too strong).

So I updated my ticker for the first time!!! I hope I keep it up!:clap2:
