Dear Starbucks,

 

I want to thank you for sending me the email reminding me that it is Frapconio sesison and that you have a new flavor cookies and cream and that your offering them half price in may. But I no longer need your Frapaconis to help me deal with my feeling I know longer am going to drink a venta one becuse i am sad upset lonely tired ECT. So i hope you do not mind but i have no choice this year but to get rid of your email. I am starting a new life and Starbucks Frapacoino are not in it even if you have a new cookies and cream flavor i must say no.

I gave up my starbucks also but it took be a year and i had to hire a trainer. I did change to a triple tall skinny vanilla latte but I am starbucks free now for 3 months, They will probably go broke with out my gold card. ;-)

I cannot get over how many calories is in some of their coffees! I saw one was 440 calories! That's more than a meal! No more for me either! Those calories can go on someone elses hips from now on! :)

I know it's no Starbucks, or even a Frapoccino (HOW do you spell that!!!), but what I do is make a pot of decaf, you could use caff, but I like decaf. Anyway, let it cool in the fridge over night, in the morning, I add skim milk and sweetener. Voila! An iced coffee. You can also add coffee flavorings, or use flavored coffee. But I need my iced coffee fix, so this is what I do to get it. Oh, some people blend their coffee with ice. I have some recipes from Pinterest, I should alter them and post them here.

P.S. I LOVE your letter to Starbucks!
