Ok, so things didn't go as planned this weekend with the eatting.... but I think I did pretty good...
On Friday night, ended up having a grilled chicken breast, slice of tomato and lettuce (from a burger at DQ) that Christine had in her room. It was cold.. but was really delicious! I have 2.5 glass of red wine.
JC Hoops Cereal (no milk)
1 fruit cup
1 JC Mocha Shake
Before heading out to go shopping, Oscar and I did sit ups, push ups (regular style) and hand stand press. At least got in some exercise this weekend. Worked up a sweat
Chili lime steak salad at Sheri's (restaurant in US) was delicious... had very little dressing (maybe 1 teaspoon) because the steak was covered in Frank's Red Hot Chili Lime Sauce.... the only thing I had that wasn't so healthy was the garlic toast... but only had 1 piece.
Grande non-fat latte with sugar free shot
Ate at the Asian restaurant in the Hotel - had salad rolls with a bit of peanut sauce. Hot and Sour Soup. 1/4 cut of white rice with 1/4 cup of curried / coconut chicken. 3 glasses of red wine.
I should have eatten at the steak house... would have been much easier to eat there. Asian foods have a lot of sauce on them. But I made some good choices and didn't indulge in the deep fried egg rolls that everyone had.
