Lunch- Tilapia 1 Filet &1/4c Mixed Greens(collard/turnip)
Snk- Protein Smoothie
Dinner- Garlic Parmesean Chicken -4oz & WW dessert (if sweet tooth hit me)
Calories: Goal between 1000-1100/day
Protein:Goal: 100+ / day
Water Goal : 100oz daily
Exercise- 60-80 mins/ day cardio and weights
