Cleaning Out The Closet

I had a wonderful Saturday! I cleaned out my closet of all the clothes that were to BIG! What a wonderful feeling! I told my husband and he couldn't believe it. I had to send him a pic because he was at work. This is a big deal because I usually hang on to clothes but I know I will not be wearing them ever again so why hold onto the past when I have a bright future ahead! I think some shopping is in order. LOL Loving my band!

That is so awesome. I cannot wait for the day that I can go buy something that is NOT plus size. I am a 20 pant and XL top. So I plan to not buy a single thing until it is in a normal store. I have enough inbetween stuff till that time. I also have been day dreaming of a closet less packed with ugly fat clothes!

Love reading this!

Yay!!!!! I have done this twice already, because I have gone from a size 22 bottom/26-28 top to a size 16 bottom/18-20 top so far, and may even need to purge more things soon if things keep going this way. O_o I haven't been in these sizes in well over 25 YEARS!

Shopping can be SO therapeutic...as long as you keep yourself from looking at the sizes that are still too small....lol

Feels great don't it:) I did that last week to. I really hated to get rid of all the clothes, because most of them were pretty new to start with. Pre-Surgery. But I also had kept alot of clothes around for years, thinking my weight would go up and down aNd I might need them. Good thing, because I have quite a few things I am now able to fit into from my smaller days. But the other stuff had to go to make room for the NEW.

Now I find myself bying a few things that are to small, knowing I will be in them by summer. Good Luck to you all:)
