JC Breakfast Scramble
2 cups of coffee
Herbal Tea
Apple & JC Choc Bar
JC Lemongrass Thai Chicken
Spinache Salad w FF/LC dressing
JC Vanilla Shake
1/2 cup sunflower seeds (salted)
V-8 juice
1 cup of coffee
JC Fajita's w a little bit of sour cream
1 piece of Oscars thin crush pizza (finally felt satisfied)
Karate 1.5 hours - I can do this... I have to work on the running, but I can do this!
Didn't want to go to Karate - BUT I'm glad I did.. had a great time sparing with Oscar... was soo much fun... and I felt 100% better after a bit of exercise.
Had a hard time feeling satisfied today. Breats sore, wanted to eat everything. Was bored at work as well... just felt like eatting all day. Finally felt satisfied after eatting a piece of Oscars pizza. Felt really good after Karate... was way too much fun!
