Im 16 days out, and mushy for me is cream soups, avacado,refried beans, cottage cheese, fruit pops. lots of that flavored 0 calorie water. I had toppings of a slice a pizza today and it didn't come out my nose so I guess thats good. Oh yogurt, lots of flavors these days. go online lots of good ideas. I just worry that I ate too much or not enough. but soon enough my body will tell me. Good luck and let me know if you find something really good!

mashed potatoes, cream soups, blended soups, soft scrambled eggs, cream of wheat, oatmeal, stuff you can smash and make mushy Oh yeah, you can eat soft cooked fish too. . I am sure that there is much more, that is all I have thought of.

ANYTHING YOU CAN PUT IN A FOOD CHOPPER... CHICKEN,MASHED CARROTS,CAULIFLOWER,SWEET POTATOES,FISH TUNA COD SALMON MASHED BANANA,COTTAGE CHEESE OATMEAL GRITS,CREAM OF WHEAT,EGGS,HAM SALAD.PUREED PORK.... AND EVERYTHING ELSE,ON UR LIQUID DIET... GOOD LUCK....

I ate beans, yogurt, creamed soups, protein drink, but my favorite was a homemade smoothie .. container of low carb yogurt, some ffrozen berries and ice. IT WAS DELISH

Im like you my body doesn't tell me when its full yet, (or Im just really nervous about it coming out of my nose too!)
