Day 7 Of Liquids For 1/1/2012
Happy New Year!!!
Anyway this post is for yesterday! I just forgot, so I had:
Chocolate and Peanut Butter Protein shake 36 grams (I gotta get more protein in)
Calcium
MultiVitamin
40 oz of Water
Snack: Sugar free fudge with a little peanut butter and Reddi Whip
Glass of Chardonnay
Ran 3 miles!
