i had my surgery just last week, dec 13th. so far so good. the only thing i didnt have with me after surgery that i wished i did was lifesavers !nobody told me how dry mouth and parched i would be afterwards ! i couldnt get enough ice chips down fast enough. i had surgery a 8am and was released at 11am. feeling pretty good, but i just drank propel all day long because i was so dehydrated ! now 6 days later im down 6 lbs, went back to work today. 4 days after surgery i went and did some light christmas shopping. other than being a littlen tired i feel great! cant wait to start seeing results, with a stronger healthier body1 best of luck to you!
