I went for my second adjustment yesterday at which time I got 2 more cc's making the total at 5cc. I done great on liquids yesterday, actually felt full all day. I have to work the next 3 days, so I cooked Thanksgiving dinner today.....ate only about 1/2 cup food total. I have been full most all day on that small amount! I can't believe it. Yyyyaaaayyyy!!!!

 

Gonna re-reading the rules at every meal and stay true to them (thanks Diane). So glad to have this site with good friends to encourage us.

Congratulations Glenda! I am cooking dinner for my family tomorrow, turkey with all the trimings including dessert. I have been so tight for the past few days i hope I am able to at least enjoy a few bites of my labor. Keep up the good work. Happy Thanksgiving!

I am considering the GB. I am almost finished the classes and such. Would you please advise me on all you can regarding the surgery and pain and hospital stay and what to do afterwards. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
