SLOWER LOSER'S
This is for all of us who get discourage when we don't lose as fast as everyone else.
I read all these blogs about the quick weight lose or discouraged about only losing 10 pounds. I sometimes get discouraged because in almost a year I lost 40 lbs. The majority of this weight has been in last few months. I lose on average 1/2 or 1 pound a week. I work out 5 days a week. I felt like a failure for the first 6 months because I wasn't losing and put my family in such a financial debt. I have finally started losing steady and feeling good about myself. I just wanted to let the people out there know that everyone's body is different. Some lose fast and other's slow. Some feel restriction with surgery and many others 4 or 5 fill's later. Everyone is different. Everyone's opening to stomach is different. I have lost slow but my health is improving. I am off almost all medicine. I have more energy and my self confidence is out of this world.
Don't get discourage because you didn't lose 25lbs first month like Joe Blow. We will all get there at our body's own pace. Take it one day at a time.
