Still a sloth...

Why can't I make my lazy butt go to the gym? I don't know. I'm tired of thinking about it. It is hard to find the time what with my 3 jobs, errands and such. I could if I really tried, but it just seems like too much effort. Like I said, I'm a sloth.

Another week gone, another 5 lbs. gone. I'm about 12 lbs. away from achieving my 3rd. goal. I hope my dress is still on sale.

Unless my restriction tightens up real soon, I'm going to schedule another fill for the first part of December.

5 pounds in a week is great!!

(here's the swift kick you asked for a bit ago)... you may be losing muscle if you are not exercising ... you can find a way to get to the gym, i know you can.

on a different note - isnt Chick Fil A the best????? i really miss it, i am afraid if i start w/ the fried food i wont be able to stop. but i do go to Wendy's for their Chili and a small frostee. both items are under 700 cals but i never eat all of both.

you can do this!!!

What is your goal?

We both have 14 pounds to get to a major goal. I have 14 to go to get to 100 pounds gone and you have 14 to lose to be at your half way mark. Did you see that? 14pounds away from being half way there, that means you are at the summit of the mountain and you are getting ready to go down the hill to reach your goal. You have come to far to be looking backwards.

You know how to lose this weight...where is your protein shake for breakfast, where are the handweights that you can be lifting in bed, watching tv, maybe at a sit down job on the phone. Come on, you have lost 63 pounds WTheck you go girl HALFWAY!!!!

Mini goal, this is not the time to be messing around. Get up and run in place, when you go to the bathroom run in place, where is your water? Did you drink 64 oz.
