So everyone is telling me the reason I'm not losing weight is cause my calories are too low. So yesterday I upp my calories. I cheated a little by eating some sugar free birthday cake with my niece. I also ate a huge salad. So that was my cheat day. I'm terrrfied to log in my calories.

Well I check the scale this morning and guess what?? up 3lbs!! yeah me. So never again. I'll stick to my 800 calories a day. Now I have to practice damage control. Which means liquid fast for a day or two. yeah lanpband.......NOT!

Texas u made me smile. I just spent 40 minutes blogging about this very thing. I am sure your weight gain is temporary, if you believe the literature you read, you can gain up to 2-3 lbs in water in any given day and than turn around a lose it. Honestly what you ate yesterday has not had time to turn to fat, I think that is why I stay away from the scales and just go by measurements, Muscle also weighs more than fat. Good luck and stick to what works for you not what others suggest we are all so different.

You need to fuel the body to burn the fat.... I think you are in starvation mode and that is why you gained... Try 900- 1200 calories for a week every day. Your body needs the time to realize that you promise to feed it so it will let go of the fat.. Please do not get upset with what I write. If you feel dissy, faint, worn out you are not getting enough calories..

No not mad about what you wrote. I'm just half crazy, half starved and exhausted from spending most my time at the gym or walking. I need sleep. I need rest, but my body and mind won't let me!!! Tomorrow I get another fill. Hopefully it will make me lose again. I'm just so angry!!

I hear you.. You can do it. Hopefully tomorrow you will get to your sweet spot!! But starving yourself on a liquid diet like you stated above will not hold long term. :(
