I started out walking, then as I lost weight I added weight training & more vigorous cardio. I also love yoga & pilates. My advise is try everything, find your favorites & have fun! That is the best part of losing weight!

I go to curves, it is a half hour cur cit and gets me done quicker! That is why I went in the beginning, now I walk there and add extra walking time in if I do not work till later in the day. It has become a habit and I enjoy it now.

okay thanks everyone I don't like working out either but i am abt to start a routine with walking then my mother n law is gonna helpme with my arms and abs I am hoping my skin don't look real bad with the wls :(
