My surgery is on thursday and I am feeling good. The preop diet was was challenging at times but it really test my will power. This journey is not just about my weight it is about my emotions, my drive and determination and we can go on and on. I had to dig deep down inside and tell my self NO when I wanted to sabotash myself. During this time I have learned alot about my self and that in order to live longer you have to take care of the temple God has given you. I am more excited to have the surgery than nervous, but ofcourse there is the fear of the unknown which comes from experiencing new things.

I weighed myself and I am down 19 pounds and I am very proud of myself. It put a  on my face. I pray that everyone else is doing great and I enjoy reading the stories and getting help.

i had my surgery on 9/21. 6 days in... 1st two days were painful and emotional. But by day 3 I was getting better and by the 5th day i felt good enough to come back to work. Ive lost 24 pounds in three weeks. Im really excited to be able to cross my legs, wear some of my old clothes that havent fit in a minute and to just be happy.. Want my family to be proud of my sucess. I think it will help me be more confident in work and in my home life.. So to all my new lap band family i say " GOOD JOB" to all of us..

God Bless
