Any suggestions of good cookbooks for post lap band patients out there?

Hi All,

Does anyone know of or could suggest any good cookbooks for post op lap band patients? I want to get my order in now so I will have them handy when I'm ready to go on to solid foods again. Any suggestions or recommendations would be very appriciated.

  I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
