8 Day Countdown
In 8 days it all begins , my journey to a new me , a path that I will walk to find myself that was always there , neatly tucked away . I will be having a Standard Approach Lap Band Procedure at Seton Northwest in Austin Texas by Dr Sashia Ganta. The butterflies are just starting to hit , with excitement.... nervousness with a dash of curiosity. " You can do it , you can do it " I find myself randomly chanting in my head . Im looking forward to the day when I can wake up and walk throughout the day without any pain in my knees . 
My mind is going a million miles an hour at the moment with so many different emotions and thoughts into this subject . Anyone else in Bandster land getting one done next week ??
