So today was the first Measurement Date since day before Surgery - Boy it was tough not measuring before today Patience is NOT one of my virtues :lol: BUT I did wait - LOST 10.5 inches total! I am pleased - Bummera - I only lost 3lbs in the last 10 days :angry: I thought it would be more BUT 3LBS IS 3LBS~~~ and no gain - hoping I am just retaining water since I am due TOM have symptons but no activity for the last 2 weeks ARGGGGGGGGGGG And no chance of pregancy thank goodness

  I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
