I READ SOMEWHERE ON THE FORUMS ABOUT TAKING PHOTOS OF EVERYTHING YOU EAT FOR THE DAY VIA YOUR CELL PHONE OR CAMERA. THEN AT THE END OF THE DAY WHEN YOU WANT TO RECORD IT ALL - IT WILL BE FRESH IN YOUR MEMORY! SO I AM GONNA TRY THIS COZ I THINK I AM EATING TOO MUCH - BUT WHEN I TRY TO RECALL WHAT ALL I ATE FOR THE DAY - I CAN'T REMEMBER?

If you can't remember what you ate then you are grazing again. DO NOT GRAZE! Do NOT EAT IN BETWEEN MEALS. Wanna know why? You'll start with a little of something then a little more of something else, thinking all along that you've been so good. You have been good, but you want to stay good. Try bouillon ( zero calories) OR a tablespoon of choc pudding (fat free sugar free- 12 calores) OR maybe 2 egg whites (35 calories), (Put onion salt on it for taste) or 1 tbsp Polaner sugar free jelly (10 calories). Keep it under 50 calories between meals

I think that is a good Idea. Keep a video diary. I feel like I eat too much sometimes also and sometimes I don't remember all I eat, not sure if that is my evil twin trying to hide things from me or my denial creeping in. lol Good luck, I say do what every works best to keep you honest.B)

that sound great, but I also do something myself. I count how many meals I had on one hand, If I go pass my one hand I definately ate to much and need a fill ASAP......But also if you can eat more than one cup of food per three main course meals, than you definitely need a fill. GOOD LUCK...!!
