Just remember that your liquid diet is just a short term goal, and pretty soon you will be on your way to a new and improved person. Therefore, it seem very hard and difficult but it's worth all the things you are subjected to right now!

Days 1, 2, and 3 are the worst. Just take it minute by minute, hour by hour. You can do this!

and....if you have to eat something, make it a healthly snack. No Sugar, low calorie.

the same thing happened to me....i sat there drinking soup while all my co-workers were eating jimmy johns sandwiches and cookies and chips...that really didnt bother me,,,,butttttttttt...the next day someone made pigs in a blanket and sat them right by my desk...i thought i was gonna cave....only 3 people at work knew about my surgery so that wasnt on purpose. i just took my paper work and went to another room cuz the smell was sooooo damn tempting. sometimes you might have to take a walk or sit somewhere else during those times. it's gonna be sooo worth it trust me. i made it 2 weeks with no cheats..i still dont know how i did it to this day. BE STRONG GIRL YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

Have you tried Boost Protein Shakes. They work for me. I drink them and I feel satisfied. Or try Muscle Milk protein shakes.

I was on vaca for one of my weeks of liquids.... Everyplace i went...i would say .. I think i'll have the soup. It became a big joke for the whole trip. Everyone was like... Chris what are you having?

It will be all worth it in the end.
