I have tried to blog many times, so here I go again. I love to write so I really hope this works. I need a fresh start. I went on vacation which ends tomorrow and did awful. I'm at the same exact weight as i was year ago. This is not a good thing considering I had lap band surgery to lose weight.currently I'm slightly over filled which I will fix Wednesday. Maybe then I can eat solids and stick to my program. Right now I'm gravitating to slider foods. :(. So I'm going to get back on the bandwagon so to speak and try to get into the 150's. I need accountability to myself. Quit lying to myself that what I put in my mouth is ok because its really not.I'm going to try to blog everyday for the accountability and see if I can get these last 15 pounds off. Wish me luck.

How much weight have you lost since surgery? What types of "slider" foods have you been eating. I have only lost 30 lbs in 9 months....struggling to lose more. I dont always eat clean foods but I get lost of protein and minimal carbs. I work out 90 min 5 days a week... nothing. I sometimes have sugary treats though. I had some fluid taken out since I wasnt able to eat - and I needed to eat to get nutrients and protein in. Im debating wheather or not to get a small fill. I hate the idea of being limited to mushies and gettign sick.

Please tell me more about your journey.

150's wow, I have a long ways to go but I am going to ge there somehow. Just banded on Dec 31st and yes, I would like hear more about your journey also.

The slider food I have been eating are starbucks frappachino very bad. Instead of eating I would just drink one of those. Going to see my dr this afternoon so I will fill you guys in on his thoughts. I'm tired of being at this fans still.
