Hello All

 

Sorry I haven't been online for a while. To say my life has been busy would be an understatement. I'm writing today for suggestions. As many of you know I am gearing up for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in about a month. Tomorrow is a 10 mile training walk which got me to thinking...anyone have suggestions on what I should eat prior and during this walk (and the 39 to come) so I am full on the right foods and make it through?

Wow that is fantastic what you are doing! Congratulations to you! Good luck and have fun. I would think you would prob need extra protein for that maybe? Keep us posted on your progress. Thanks. :)
