Happy Cinco de Mayo minus the margaritas
Ok so I made it threw Cinco de Mayo which I have to say for an Italian I love my spicy mexican food.
I made Tofu chili with some light red kidney beans and white cannelli beans. Added some sauteed peppers with a little bit of American cheese and I was satisfied.
Oh btw I was banded on 4/20 and so far so good. Watching my calories and protein. However I soooo would have loved a margarita yummy .
