I have all sort of machines, videos, and weights at my disposal, but I can't motivate myself to touch them. How am I going to commit to this, if I commit to getting off my butt and just popping in a Cd and get to moving. Why??? I feel like I am being so lazy and this is uncalled for and I am really mad at myself for this. I remember a time, I couldn't start my without exercising first. I need to figure out what was the motivation. I need to have some type of master plan to get me to start moving and grooving again. HELPsad.gif I need to be motivated.

I began going to the gym after work, I work in a hospital 2nd shift and my gym is 24 hours, no one there at that time, as I lost some weight I am still going and have even been going to spin class 2-3 times a week...I love it!!! it makes me cranky when I can't go, just do it once, and pretty soon it's habit forming....good luck :)

Join the gym even though you already have the equipment at home. You may go because you don't want to waste your money. Then once you get in the habit again start using your own equipment instead of paying. They have plenty of gyms now where you don't have to sign a long contract.

There is no gym that is near to me or even close to my job. Gas is so high right now, who could afford to even go to the grocery store. I got on the scale this am and gain 1 1/2 lbs back. I got to do something about this.

I had all that crap at my house too... never used them. Do you have a friend you can walk with? I can not get up and exercise in the morning.... i like to sleep till the last min...

My weight didn't show until i started exercising... My husband was my motivator and support system. Now I go to the Y right after work. I also have a dog that I walk 3-4 times a day. I live 10 min. from work so I go home at lunch and walk her.

I do zumba, body combat ans spin class as a group and i walk the treadmill and do the DEVIL (elliptical). When i first started i could only do like 5 min on both... now i'm up to 45.

You can do it..... We 40+ girls have to stick together.....
