I got the bright idea to change my my work out and go the whole muscle confusion route. I am starting P90X today. I will probably be wheezing like Fatty McGee before it's all over but I'm gonna try my best to do it. I'm pretty sure it should be called 90 days of pure torture. lol Maybe that's what the X stand for!?!!?

I do P90X 5 days a week and sometimes INSANITY. Its not that difficult if you are use to working out. If you are not it will take some getting use to. Start out with really light weights and you will do fine. I have been workingout my whole life so these workouts arent that hard for me. I usually end up doing a weight DVD and a cardio one . Thats about 2 hours of workout a day. For me, since my body is use to it, I have not lost much weight. I started at 231 and now Im 205 - 6 monts later. I was doing well until I needed an unfill - now Im back to eating what I want and I cant take any weight off. Boy oh boy, this whole lapband thing is such a struggle for me.

The main killer for me is the chest exercises. That's always been a weaker area for me. I'm so tired today. I may just face plant on my keyboard.
