I JUST RECEIVED A TIP THAT IF YOU ADD PROTEIN TO YOUR MEALS YOU WILL INDEED LOSE MORE WT. AND FEEL FULLER! NOW THIS CAN MEAN ADDING 1/2 SCOOP OF PROTEIN POWDER TO YOUR MEALS SUCH AS DRINKS, SOUPS, OR FOOD, OR SPRINKLING LOW FAT SHREDDED CHEESE ON YOUR EGGS OR SALADS OR FISH OR CHICKEN, OR SPRINKLING SEEDS OR NUTS (CRUSHED) ON YOUR FOODS, TRY TO EAT ONLY POULTRY (CHICKEN) SEAFOOD, FISH OF ALL KINDS, SHRIMP, CANNED TUNA, SALMON AND AVOID PORK AND BEEF. THE MORE PROTEIN YOU EAT THE FULLER YOU WILL FEEL AND THE LESS YOU WILL EAT!!!! USE OLIVE OIL AND AVOID ALL TRANS FATS. That's some great information and I do know the additional protein will really make you feel a lot fuller throughout the day. The only problem I now have is getting a lot of my protein down without getting that stuck feeling . Drinking protein shakes are no problem, but it's a lof of the meats that I do have a big issue with. I eat fish almost every single day because it's soft and it goes down really well. I am also able to cook it in the microwave at work and it taste great with a little lemon and butter. Good info.

Let me know how it works for you...I am also doing the same thing. Also, Shonette, the only way I can eat red meat is to eat small bites, chew, chew, and chew some more. AND, drink something a little warm beforehand. The steak I ate last night got stuck and it was not good (I had a cold drink of water before my meal). Today, I finished up my coffee then had leftover steak for lunch and 3ozs went down good before I started to fill up.

I agree, the more protein I get in the more I seem to lose. It also helps you not to lose muscle mass.

True about drinking something warm or in my case it has to be hot. I have steak envy. I can't eat steak anylonger. I could at first but now it's not an option anymore. The same goes for pork chops and pot roast no mater if I have a hot beverage beforehand. Bread is also a big no no along with most pasta.
