Hello everyone today is October 30th and I have finally sheduled an appointment with Dr. Mace Coday (psychologist) on Wednesday November 1st after her next opening was January 18! I go tomorrow to meet with the Jennifer Krog (nutritionist) and then my appoinment with the surgeon on November 3rd. For some reason I find myself waking up in the middle of the night scared out of my mind about the surgery. I have compared the risks and pain, but he benefits out weigh them both. I can't wait to wear a tank top with out coverng up my arms! I know someone knows what I mean...or putting on a long shirt to cover my stomach. I know the time will come...so until then I'll keep on covering up. Talk to you all later.

oh oh you are talking about not covering your arms and stomach. Go take a look at the plastic surgery surgery section. Your arms are not going to be toned if you currently have bat wings. They will sag more and the stomach it doesn't just shrink in you still have the hanging portion at the bottom depending on how big it is now. These are issues that the psych may talk about. What are your expections after surgery? You don't want to have a false sense of your body is gonig to be perfect once you weigh one hunded something. You will feel better and you will look great in clothes. A lot of folks don't like the way their body looks after surgery. I know you know these things but just wanted to say.

That is great your appointments are here. You do know that tomorrow is November 1,Wednesday, you said Thursday. I don't want you missing your appointments.

Once I lose weight I will start wearing tanks for once. They're not flabby, kinda solid and my stomach to me hang a little. When I lost weight a few years ago I was toned, so I plan on workin it out BIG time!
