OK so I've been kind of suffering from image distortion. I knew I'd loss over 30lbs but didn't really see it. Well I took a Zumba class and it was only five of us in there at the most so I had a pretty good view of the mirrorw. I caught a glimpse of myself and was suprised at the reflection looking back at me. I can honestly say that for the first time I saw what others have been seeing, I am slimming down. I know I have a ways to go, but I am counting this as a victory!

CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR WEIGHT LOSS !!! i have been feeling the same way until about a month ago. i took a strenght training class and i was up by the mirror. All of a sudden i looked in the mirror and saw what everyone else had been seeing this entire time. Im down 175 lbs so far and i just couldnt see it until that day. ISNT IT WONDERFUL??!!

Congratulations.. it feels great doesn't it? I know exactly what you're feeling.. I've actually started taking daily pics (ok sometimes just weekly) to document the progress... when you put it in flip book mode you can see me shrink before your eyes lol

Wow, I know what you mean. I am only down 34 lbs since my surgery myself but I put on a shirt that I have not worn in years and it fit, matter of fact if fit loosely. I won't try on my skinny jeans yet because I have a long ways to go but WE have started. Congrats to you and me.
