Banded Dec 31st her and Thursday I get my first fill. Lost 30lbs as of yesterday. You are doing great. Keep up the good work and keep thinking positive. That is how I have made it thru this journey so far.

Great job you two! I get banded on Feb 1st and can't wait! I am doing my pre op diet and weighed 3 days ago (6 lbs lighter) I can't wait to share how much I have lost after my surgery. Great job on 30-55lbs in less than a month though! WOW! That's inspiring!!!

Keep up the good work and as I suffer though sciatic nerve pain right now, I hear ya on the "enough is enough" with the health problems!!!

Luvmyband..you can "hear" your enthusiasm!! That is so awesome!! Keep up the awesome job!! Yea, you may have more to go but take it in small increments..lay out your plan and you will reach your goal before you know it. I think sometimes when you say I have 100 or 150 lbs to lose it sounds like such a huge number but if you break it down into..well for your since you are going to fast I am not sure..but I did 25 lb increments and the next thing I new 130 lbs were gone (11 months).

I want to keep hearing you..so stay focused and remain positive!! Take care!
