Blue Monday?, it is now!

This morning I was watching the news and it was reported that today January 17th, is known as Blue Monday. The broadcast said that this is the saddest day of the year for the majority of people for the following reasons; 1) People are depressed from holiday bills, 2) People are depressed from not being able to follow through on New Year's Resolutions, and 3)....well I forgot number three.

I have the blues for a different reason entirely. I had eggs for breakfast (3:30) ....coffee a little later (6:30)..... and cereal w/ milk (10:00). For lunch I had a little chili (3:30pm). Next, I decided on some sourcream chips which I bought Friday. I haven't eaten potato chips in like forever. Well after about the fourth chip. I did it! Yep, I slimed and pb'd. My first time ever! oh no, oh yes...............Now here's my question. I'm ready to eat, but how soon after the yucky stuff can I eat....and what can I eat...a shake?

Mmmmm....I felt extremly happy and grateful on yesterday!! Well, I paid cash for all of my Christmas presents and I started on my New Year goals before 2011 even got here and I am still following through so that may explain it! LOL! Anyways, I don't have any problems eating chips so I can't help you with that one. I try not to buy them at all because they are a waste of calories but sometimes a girl gots to have some chips and chocolate once a month if you know what I mean! I have severe cravings for chips, M&M's and fried fish during that time and I can't stand it! I did good though this month though! I fought the cravings and only had one bag of M&M's and some low-fat frozen yogurt.

normally u just bounce right back after the pb"d go back 2 ur regular diet and just maybe not try chips again if u can help it
