1st Blog!! Need some motivation to get MOVING!!
I was banded in mid September!! Have lost 35 so far, but I really need the motivation to get moving! I am starting a fitness class tonight... Can't wait! I wonder how sit-ups & crunches will affect my band? I'm a little nervous! Have done well during the holiday--didn't gain any, but didn't lose either! But I am back on track now!
