1st Blog!! Need some motivation to get MOVING!!

I was banded in mid September!! Have lost 35 so far, but I really need the motivation to get moving! I am starting a fitness class tonight... Can't wait! I wonder how sit-ups & crunches will affect my band? I'm a little nervous! Have done well during the holiday--didn't gain any, but didn't lose either! But I am back on track now!

Good luck on your class tonight. Don't worry about the sit ups, it won't affect the band at all. Enjoy!

Yea Me too, abdominal exercises is kinda scary to me. And I have been off track too. I guess it happens to us all. Glad I'm not alone and you aren't ether. I'm in the same boat. But glad we can get on track together :lol: good luck,
