I can post today, Good Day Good Day

 

I am now at 380, I am so thankful that the numbers are still going down even though I have not exercised but those stairs are a workout. I hope to get back to exercising this week because me and my child need it. 350 is so close.

Hey Teresita! Im glad you are having a good day!!! Hope you exercise soon. But stairs are exercise too lol, I have a flight of them up to my house and think if I didn't have them my butt would be way saggier lol. I wasn't ever a cheer leader in HS but If had been Id be saying a big cheer for ya! Keep up the great work and positive attitude. Together we will all beat this weight off!

Thanks KariK, we will both be the chubby cheerleaders for now. LOL I know I have built muscle in my quad and hamstrings because it doesn't burn anymore when I go up the stairs. LOL
