70 lbs is great - I'm at 69.

Today is my 1 year anniversary of being cancer free and I am so excited, proud and just plain happy. Keep in touch and keep posting.

It totally doesn't seem like it has been 6 months! Time flies, huh? Congrats on your success!!

I can only hope that in 6 months I will be posting a 70lb weight loss. I will be banded on 1-11-11. Any good suggestions to pass on other than watch what you eat. I have been reading were some got banded and eat what they want but only in a smaller portion due to the band and the weight is just coming off.

HI, great to see you back on here! I am down 54 lbs and so excited about that being 5 months out. This site has taken me some time to get use to it. However, the more I play around with it...the better it gets.
