My Workout Schedule till the New Year.
So glad my last day @ work is this friday the 17th I am planning out my workouts for the next two weeks till I return work Jan.2. A whole New Year for A Fit Me. So, really come the new year I need a new title for my page. From a A Fit Me N 2010 to.. umm gotta think about it.
Sunday-Dec. 19
Wk8D1 couch to 5k-Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 2.75 miles (or 28 minutes).
Monday-Dec. 20
Turbo Kick @9:30 Am
ZumbaToning@6pm
Tues-Dec. 21---Crunch Time Abs + Wk 8D2 couch to 5k-Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 2.75 miles (or 28 minutes).
Wed-Dec. 22---- Zumba Toning@9am, Body Pump@7pm
Thurs-Dec. 23---Zumba @9am + Wk8 D3 couch to 5k-Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 2.75 miles (or 28 minutes).
Frid. Dec. 24 and Dec. 25-- Turbo Jam Cardio Party
Sunday- Dec. 26, Tuesday-Dec. 28 and Dec. 31. Couch to 5K-Wk 9D1. Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 3 miles (or 30 minutes).
Monday Dec. 27 Zumba@9 and 6pm
Wed. Dec. 29--Zumba Toning@9am, Body Pump@7pm
Friday Dec. 31 Turbo Kick@8:30am
Sat. Jan1 & Sund Jan 2 Turbo Jam Cardio Party
So thats 2 weeks planned workouts!! From 45 mins to 2 hrs daily. Goal to weigh in between 205-210 for Jan.1, 2011. I was shooting for 200 lbs on the dot ( may be it will happen maybe it won't) Thats a lot to lose in 2 1/2 wks.
