Its been a long time since i've posted anything to my blog. The biggest thing in my life is my in ability to stay consistent. This is the case for this website, my eating habits and so on. I wanted so bad to keep really good track of my weight loss and that's not what happened. I wanted so bad to keep track of what I eat and to pay better attention to how and what I ate. I'm so disappointed with myself even if I am losing the weight. What happens when the weight falls off and I still have these bad habits. I feel so emotional talking about this because I am disappointed in myself. At this point I am down 73 pounds and 28 pounds away from my goal. WHAT DO I DO.....

First, congratulations on your success! 73 pounds in 8 months is remarkable!!! Please don't be so hard on yourself and forgive yourself when you fall short of your own expectations. That can be self defeating and make you go the other way. When I feel overwhelmed with anything, be it charting my food, paying attention to portions or even cleaning my house, I try and break it down into small tasks. Maybe this week work on keeping track of breakfast only. Once that becomes like a habit, then add lunch and so on. I use www.myfitnesspal.com It's super easy and charts everything for you. And remember, give yourself a huge pat on the back because your definitely are doing something right!
