I need a fill!!!

OK so I had my 1st fill Nov. 3rd and I'm still always hungry!!! I don't get another fill until Dec. 1st! I have already lost 17 pounds but now I keep gaining because I'm still hungry! I work out and everything I don't really do the protein drinks because I hate them so is there anything else I can do to get the protein???

 

Sorry I'm new to this whole thing and I need answers and support from others who has had this!! Thanks all!!

Just keep plugging along and try not to eat too much at one meal (better to eat more smaller meals). Bandster Hell is a normal part of this, but it will end with more fills (it took me until the third fill). -BG

Protein bars, greek yogurt, protein shots(clear), deli meat, mix your protein shakes with some kind of fat free yogurt or , avacados, cottege cheese, fish. Really try to get in 60-70 grams of protein a day. it will curb your appetite...the rest is in our heads. try to start your day out with high protein to start your metabolism earlier so it burns calories longer in the day....activity/exrecise! Good luck....
