This healthy homemade smoothie could be enjoyed either for breakfast or as a refreshing beverage. Fruit and dairy rich smoothie can be a great snack also. Good Source of Calcium, Low Fat, Low Sodium. This smoothie is so good and it is very cheap too, low calorie Super-Fast Smoothie.
