i am struggling :( and at a loss :(

I have been having a hard time the last three weeks, I missed my dr visit on the 8th and have not been back yet. I am planning on going on the 29th now. I have gained back about 5 pounds and i know why, i have been so bad with everything that is going in my mouth, i dont seem to be full and my choices have been so bad. i went away on vacation and seems that i have not come back to reality yet. I can't seem to get removiated again. i have not been to any group meeting in a month because of everything that is going on. i have started night school from 6 pm to 930 every night and work full time almost every day ( i work at a toy store and this is getting into our crazy season.) I know i can do this i had lost 40 pounds in 4 months but i just a lost. I dont know if there is anyone who has been through this too?? I just sitting here shaking my head. later!

Remember that tomorrow is a new day. I think that most of this is getting over our emotional state and all of the stress. Try to find a few minutes each morning or evening to just focus on what you are going to do for that day. Plan...Plan....Plan....I know that I do so much better when I am prepared. Don't beat yourself up over the setback. Remember this is a journey. There will be bumps in the road. It is a matter of refocusing and getting back on track again. You can do it!

Dad said it so well! I would add -- set a mini goal for yourself (eating right today, getting a walk in). Find time to do small things like planning your meals while you walk. You can do this! Like you said -- you have come this far! Schedules are hectic but make it work for you :-). Best of luck!!!

Forget about yesterday and focus on tomorrow!! I agree with both Dad and Sandra..there are bumps in the road but don't beat yourself up..stay focused and remain positive...set mini goals and take some time for yourself..even if it is only 15 minutes a day..you deserve it. I wish you the best.
