I think its totally normal to freak out! Its also great that you are doing your research. Every surgery has its complications but you need to remind yourself why you are doing this and decide if its worth it. Some people on here have had problems but most have been successful and LOVE their band.

everyone is different but i know what you mean. I was nervous as well but it turned out to be pretty smooth. Today I felt a lil under the weather but i'm feeling much better now. good luck and looking forward to hearing about your surgery

But remember, we communicate on this site because we can share. I don't want to speak for anyone else, but I DO NOT REGRET this surgery at all! I've lost over 70 lbs since Christmas and I am a different person inside and out. I absolutely could not have done it without this fantastic tool and although there are days or minutes where there is some kind of challenge, it is nothing compared to where I was heading: diabetes, stroke, heart attack, apnea............
