I'm so ready for tomorrow. I have a slight head cold that is exiting my body, so I need to contact the surgeon's office to make sure everything is kosher. I haven't taken any Claritin since yesterday, so hopefully it's still all good.

The liquids are going to be tough today, but I'll take it hour by hour. Nothing but chicken broth, Sprite Zero, and sugar free popsicles are what I've chosen for my clear liquids today. I forgot to make jello but DANG (!), I can hardly stand it anymore!

I stepped on the scale this morning. BTW, the scale is my new best friend because it starts my day of positively...It read 308.2 this morning. I swear, I think I saw the scale actually smile at me. This time, almost two weeks ago, I was hovering around 326.

**Smile**

I am so excited and happy for you! You are so well organized and so successful already! Keep in touch the next couple days and remember: rest, water and walking. HUGS::::::::::::::::

I had my banding yesterday, and I would like to ease your mind if you have any anxieties. It was a good experience, kinda like an adventure. The lady at the desk in the surgery check in had this fantastic personality, and she told me all about her experience with her lap band, all good, and she was looking good, had lost 48 lbs. Nothing hurt, of course because I was asleep thru the whole thing.

I was a lttle uncomfortable when I first woke up, but pain shot took care of that. Actually, I was able to do quite a bit of walking, all the sips of water went down well, and I was release today after my swallow study. I am sore all over and have some gas, but so far nothing has been that bad at all. It will all be over before you know and you will be wondering how in the world did the time go by so fast. Best of luck to you, just open your eyes, and enjoy the ride, everyone treats you like you're special.
