Half way thru preop
Well, this time next week, my band will be in place, and I'll be on to the next phase of this journey. Finally, I am beginning to be ok with this fluid thing, and I have lost 9 1/4 lbs since 9-15. It is so much fun stepping on the scales every morning and seeing the scales go down 1-2 lbs. Loving it.
I had my first class of teaching how to eat or shall I say drink for the first few days, and I got scared to death, thinking I can't do this. but you know, I have a wonderful Heavenly Father that looking after me, and by the Grace of God, I can do this.
