T-15 Day 1 of Liquids

OK today is the start of the liquid diet. I don't know how i'm going to make it but i am determined to do so. I have a variety of raw veggies to chew on throughout the day and a variety of water shakers to help me get through it. I do have one question: did anyone exercise during their liquid fast? I am an advid exerciser and with the classes I take I don't know how in the world I will have the energy to do it with just these liquids and a few veggies...any suggestions?

I don't know if it helps at all, as I haven't even started my liquid diet yet, but I have heard the first few days are the worst. I start mine in 2 days and my doctor said I can have a protein shake for breakfast, one for lunch, and a Lean Cuisine type meal for dinner. I plan on working out in the morning when I first get up (since I'm usually not starving..lol), then downing a protein shake afterwards. Good luck on your diet, girl!
