Day 1,First 2 hours: Lots of ups and downs already. Had to break the worst habit ever which is fast food breakfast stop on the way to work. Its hard to remember your on a liquid diet when your so used to your routine... But I'm doing it so far, and its gonna be a long day ahead of me, but its all good because I'm gonna look like Barbie ~!!:thumbup::smile::eek::lol:

Oh, I totally know what you are talking about! I start mine on Thursday and the breakfast stop will have to cease. I think if I have my protein shake before I leave in the mornings, it will help me. Good luck to you!

Is anyone else starving on this liquid diet? I know I am and I don't know how I am expected to continue to work out when I burn more calories in a half hour than they allow me to have all day! I emialed my surgical team to see if I can have broth or something?

My liquid diet consisted of Protien shakes, atleast 3 a day. Up to 5 if needed. Jello, Broth (bullion cubes), sugar free jello, coffee tea water or any crystal light. It wasn't bad after the first day. I think the first day is the hardest, then after that you aren't even really hungry.
