Sorry its been so long since I posted... Life has just gotten a little over whelming lately.

As of right now, Im down 35lbs in 5 weeks! Alot of people are starting to notice and it feels really good.

I recently had to buy a new outfit for my Dad's funeral (he passed away two weeks ago) and Im already down two pant sizes, two sizes around and one cup size in my bra, and one size smaller in my shirts!!! Im very pleased with all the progress.

I have every intention of getting back into my gym routine now that everything has calmed down and im finally home again.

Best of Luck and prayers to all!

Hi ArmyWives,

First of all, I am very sorry for the loss of your father.

You don't know me, but I just looked at your pics and you are very pretty and totally inspirational. I am going to see the doc next week about getting banded and I am totally excited about it! I can't wait to start my new life.

Thank you for writing the blogs - keep it up!

You don't me either, but when I read your blog, I just had to give you my condolences also. So sorry for your lost. But you did have really good weight loss. I should be banded in the next 3 weeks if my ins. co. gives their final ok. I need reassuring that this really works, I have tried so many different things to lose weight and have been let down so many times, i am just scared this want either. It does help to read the comments on this site, it gives me hope.

I am so sorry for your loss. My dad passed about 23 years ago and my mom died last year. It is very hard, but it does get easier. I am sure you have some wonderful memories and good stories.

Not all losses are bad. 35 lbs in 5 weeks is amazing. I wish you the best of luck on your journey.

I have to be honest, it does work, but you have to help it work. You have to decided to make the right food choices, and excersize. If you work with it, it WILL work for you! Best of luck and please keep us posted!

wow your weight loss is great! Good for you Army Wives. I am a little discouraged myself, have only lost 8 lbs in the past 4 wks since my surgery...lost about 15 lbs prior to surgery. :-( Had my first fill yesterday so we will see how that goes. :-) Take care!
